As construction of the Cité de la Gastronomie project is about to begin, the real estate company overseeing a major part of the project is considering the opportunity to leverage best practices observed in 'smart city' initiatives in cities and regions across France and beyond.

1. Interviewing all the stakeholders of the initiative to better understand the concept and its applications ;
2. Crunching all the available documents and data ;
3. Benchmarking best practices applicable to the project ;
4. Designing the main user journey ;
5. Defining a portfolio of digital services as use / business cases ;
6. Priorizing the portfolio to define a practical business plan supported by actual data points ;
7. Planning the roadmap to be ready for the grand opening.
